entered the AIW themed restaurant with my friend not expecting anything but came out SO fulfilled in our tummies and of the experience!! the way it works is that you'd enter a different room and receive a different item on the menu each time, a unique twist to the usual sit-down omakase style. the food was TOO good (i loved one with the soup that came with a piece of bread) and the actors manning each room really brought the whole theme and experience to life as they kept interacting with the guests and making sure everyone was involved! my favourite room was definitely the 4th one because it had a cute cat animatronic in the centre of the room which spoke to us throughout our meal!! not just this room, but every room was so well-decorated befitting each character from AIW, and overall it is a immersive and engaging experience definitely worth it for friends or families to try in their free time! 10/10 for me :DD

The actress for red princess this evening (29 Nov) was highly entertaining. Her improv is top notch. She broke into a random French accent whilst interacting with an audience member about her Chanel bag (it was from Taobao). And broke into a song (with her velvety theatre voice) amidst fake tears, when the QR review photo frame fell apart after the show. Love the intricate details that went into the set up of the rabbit's watch repair shop. The white queen set up was underwhelming and there wasn't much interaction with the audience as she was mainly confined to the inner shelving. We could hardly see her character at all. The set up was also adds no value to her performance. Agree with previous reviews that the Cheshire Cat character was less engaging, especially when the audience doesn't pay much attention to his narration. Welcome drink is underwhelming, the random jelly bits does not seem to pair well. Most food are pleasantly warm which make the dining experience much more enjoyable.

Amazing atmosphere, great enthusiasm and delicious food summed up an awesome night in Wonderland! Don't want to give away too much but my favorite item was definitely the soup! And my favourite section was definitely the cat-baret show! If you're looking to have a fun time with friends, celebrate a birthday or just trying something new, THIS IS IT!!

I visited Wonderland Upside Down on a rainy Sunday afternoon, and the experience turned out to be remarkable. I enjoyed the dishes served, and the staff were attentive in managing my allergen, which I really appreciated. The space was used creatively, and the decorations were thoughtfully designed to fit the Alice in Wonderland theme. The actors and actresses were professional, humorous, and fully in character. The entire experience felt like a theatre performance, with smooth transitions enhanced by music and lighting. However, the experience may not be suitable for elderly visitors or those who are wheelchair-bound, as there were several staircases to navigate. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience for celebrating special occasions, and I was glad that they accepted the SG Cultural Pass.

If you're up for something unconventional and whimsical, Wonderland Upside Down offers a quirky escape from the everyday. The immersive stage setup is genuinely impressive—every corner is drenched in surreal detail, from the topsy-turvy furniture to the vibrant lighting that shifts with the mood of each scene. It feels like stepping into a dreamscape where logic takes a backseat and visual storytelling takes the wheel. The actors bring a lot of energy and humor to the performance, with several standout moments that had the audience laughing out loud. Their costumes and exaggerated mannerisms fit the theme perfectly. That said, not all interactions landed equally well—some performers seemed less engaged, especially during quieter transitions or when interacting with smaller groups. A few scenes feel random or disconnected, which might leave you puzzled unless you fully embrace the chaos. A good idea would be to have a recap of Alice in Wonderland before coming here! Food-wise, it's more of a supporting act than a showstopper. The menu leans into the whimsical theme but the flavors are fairly standard—nothing particularly memorable, but decent enough to keep you fueled through the experience. Ultimately, the more you lean into the interactive elements and let go of expectations, the more fun you'll have. It's not a traditional theater experience, but for those who enjoy playful absurdity and visual spectacle, it's a curious adventure worth exploring.

Food: really yummilicious food. Not ur usual omakase style with sit down and seafood but definitely more interactive and fun way to engage with the actors, enjoy food and the company. Great opportunity to meet new people and make friends, the overall ambience and theme of the “Alice in Wonderland” concept was fulfilled Service was top notch, though at some points cutlery distribution took sometime, the staff were quick to attend to our needs! Actors were commendable for sticking to the storyline and acting. Really enjoyed some segments that were really comically funny. Overall 10/10! Great experience especially with friends, family, or partner!

I went in not knowing what to expect but yet it has surpassed all subconscious expectations. This was my first experiential dining experience and my goodness did I enjoy it. From the beginning the service staff cater to your every need and make the effort to engage with you. Especially so for the actors and actresses, it feels like they really enjoy what they are doing and it was so fun watching them perform, I could not stop smiling/laughing. Photos do not do the creative set designs for each room justice either. Everything was so creative and immersive I almost wished I was a bigger fan of the Alice in Wonderland story. The food was not too bad! Some rooms were quite dark but it's ok! I just put in my mouth and chew, I think the decrease in my sense of sight enhances my sense of taste. Eating was also a little bit rushed due to the time constraints but it made for a good bonding point between us and another participant as we laughed over how fast we had to eat. Overall, it was such a unique experience and I highly reccommend to try this at least once. I truly truly had so much fun!
